My Story

I started as a Career Coach in 2012 and since then I have been helping people with any step of their career. I am also a Certified (by SHRM) Human Resource Professional with experience in recruiting, on-boarding, training and handling workplace issues resulting in improved processes and programs. Recognized for excellent customer service through strong communication skills and positive enthusiasm. Experienced in day to day operations of HR department with the knowledge of Federal Compliance, Title IX investigation, Workplace Policy, Drug and Alcohol Compliance, PeopleSoft 9.2 Software, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Workplace learning. Successful in development of mentor program for students.

I started as a career coach in 2012 preparing students of 10th and 12th grade for their next step in their career. From school application to job application, from SOP to cover letter, from Resume to LinkedIn profile; I have helped achieve determined goals.

As of now I have helped over 75 people to succeed in their career through updating their resumes, redrafting cover letters, answering questions related to job application, researching the job market, preparing for the job interviews, clarifying the benefits and compensation and any concerns regarding career development.
